Doakes is doubtful regarding Dexter’s demeanor and tries to follow him everywhere. This presents as a precarious for Dexter as he is not able to go for another kill. Almost a month and a half passes by since Dexter’s last kill. At this point, he finds another opportunity to kill someone who was leader of a murder gang. However, Dexter misses his chance. In spite of her psychological problems, Debra resumes her duties in the Homicide Department. She makes efforts to put her life back into the right track but persistent public scrutiny makes this arduous for her. Paul puts in his best to put it across to Rita that Dexter had framed him. However, Rita is disbelieving of Paul’s theory. Scuba divers recover 30 charred bodies of Dexter’s victims.
