David is a movie lover since his childhood. After graduation, he joined the Air Force and pursued a career as a NYC policeman. In 90’s, David starting taking acting classes while still working as a cop. He appeared on many plays and become a member of the Labyrinth Theater Company and played several roles in films and TV, often playing as a cop. His most memorable role is as the terrifying and powerful prisoner, Enrique Morales, on HBO’s ‘OZ’.
David has appeared on Broadway, TV series, major motion pictures and also voiced a video game. This former Policeman is continuous to challenge himself with a range of various roles. Currently, he played the role of Angel Batista on Showtime series ‘Dexter’ who is a homicide detective who works with Dexter during the day.
David has just finished shooting a guest spot on CBS’s ‘Without a Trace’ and a guest role on TNT’s ‘The Closer’.
